What a Good Tech Pack Includes
The more detail you provide, the more accurate our sample and quote will be. At minimum, include these elements:
- Front and back view — sketch, photo or rendered image of the dress.
- Measurements — key sizes per age or a graded size chart (2T–12Y).
- Fabric and trim — material, weight, color or Pantone reference.
- Construction notes — seams, lining, closures, embellishments.
- Branding — neck label, care label, hangtag and packaging specs.
- Target quantity — estimated MOQ and expected reorder volume.

Do I need a formal tech pack?
No. A clear photo with notes, a hand sketch, or a rough brief is enough to start. Our team helps turn it into a workable specification.
What file format should I send?
Any common format works — PDF, JPG, PNG, AI, PSD or even a photo of a hand drawing. Send whatever you have.
How fast do you review a tech pack?
We review submitted files promptly and come back with feasibility, MOQ and a sampling timeline. Sampling typically targets 5–7 days after the spec is confirmed.
Can you help design the dress?
Yes. Under ODM we can adapt our existing styles, or our team can develop a new design from your brief. You don’t need a finished file to begin.
Is there a minimum order for custom?
Custom runs start from 200 pieces per style. The exact MOQ depends on fabric and construction, and we confirm it after review.
Will I see a sample before bulk?
Yes. A physical sample is required for your approval before bulk production. If you do not have a sample, we can develop the pattern/sample for a fee of USD 80–150.
